The Peabody Building is a historic building with a rich history at the corner of Superior St. and Erie St. The A.C.E. team is looking into a renovation project which would result in a unique mixed-use building including commercial and residential. Six residential units above one ground-level commercial space. An interesting history is already known about the building but its age and disrepair are evident in its current state but the potential is outstanding for the Peabody Building.
