Our rehab at 924 Hall St. has been completed and is now rented out!
We purchased this small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, home from a local landlord that decided to retire. While the house is as cute as a button, it still boasts a large, fenced-in corner lot and a 1-car garage.
There wasn’t a ton of work to be done here – some plumbing repair, a few coats of paint, some new flooring, updated kitchen counter-tops and a little work to the rear entry space.
